Dutch Emissions Authority takes on Secretariat work

On 1 July 2012, the Netherlands took on the REFUREC Secretariat function. The Dutch Emissions Authority (Nederlandse Emissieautoriteit, NEa) successfully started to co-ordinate the REFUREC Secretariat. The general administration for REFUREC for this secretariat period will be financed by NL Agency through the GAVE programme.
